Product Overview
This 16-inch 90° long radius seamless butt weld pipe elbow is manufactured from high-grade carbon steel conforming to ASTM A234 Grade WPB specifications, with standard (STD) wall thickness for reliable pressure bearing and flow direction change in industrial piping systems. It features precision beveled ends for secure butt welding installation, delivering consistent performance in harsh industrial environments.
Key Features
- Seamless carbon steel construction per ASTM A234 WPB for high strength and pressure resistance
- 90° long radius (LR) design reduces flow resistance and pressure drop compared to short radius elbows
- Precision beveled butt weld (BW) ends for strong, leak-proof joint installation
- STD wall thickness rated for general industrial piping applications
- Strict dimensional tolerance control ensures compatibility with standard piping components
- Corrosion-resistant base material suitable for oil & gas, water treatment and process systems
